RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

SRI is committed to making your shopping experience a success. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date for exchanges or a full refund.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

The product must be returned within 15 days of delivery. It must arrive intact and without any damage.

Watches must be sent by registered mail.

The product must be returned unused and undamaged. Adjusting a watch is of course not a problem, however the watch strap must not be broken or creased.

Standard plastic boxes will not be replaced if they are broken during shipping.

Please return the product in the original manufacturer packaging in which it was delivered. Do not place any stickers or shipping labels on the manufacturer's box.

If you wish to exchange an item in store, you must first contact us by email at geral@sri.pt to explain the situation. Please note that returns will always be made by bank transfer and never by the stores.

All these conditions are only applicable to purchases made on our website.
