SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping methods vary from country to country. You can find the shipping methods available for your country in the shopping cart. We offer several shipping methods: CTTExpresso, CorreosExpress, Fedex . Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process and are displayed before you complete your order. These costs are based on the weight of the products you ordered and the destination country. Shipping costs include processing/shipping and insurance.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times can be viewed during the checkout process. These shipping times are provided as indicative. Actual delivery times vary depending on country, shipping method selected and ultimately your local post office (if you selected standard/free shipping). Please note: We do not accept order cancellations during the shipping period, even if shipping takes longer than expected.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. All orders are shipped within 24 hours (on weekdays) after receiving payment confirmation. During festive and busy seasons, such as Christmas, for example, shipping times may be slightly longer.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT IMPORT FEES FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EU

When products are shipped from Portugal to countries outside the European Union, in some cases there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country. Additional costs for taxes or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

If the recipient refuses to pay the duties, Beontime has the right to charge these costs to the recipient.

Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much the fees may be, as customs and tax policies vary greatly from country to country. For more details, please contact the customs department of your destination or visit their official website. In some cases, customs clearance procedures are required; in these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect the original estimated delivery time.
